This year’s Confluence event marked a significant milestone for DataServ. Held on September 18-19 at Spark St. Louis, this was our largest event to date, bringing together a diverse group of clients and industry professionals to share updates, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and, most importantly, drive more value from the DataServ partnership. We were struck by the expression of Trust that emerged from all of the clients in attendance and echoed throughout our two-day experience. From the keynote presentations to collaborative panel discussions to the user group meeting, trust was the common thread, underlining the impact of DataServ’s solutions and services.

What We Covered

Confluence 2024 offered a comprehensive, in-depth look at the value derived from DataServ’s solution and upcoming enhancements, emphasizing the tools and processes that help our clients streamline operations and mitigate risk. The following are a few of this year’s standout topics:

Vendor Setup & Maintenance

Vendor Setup and Maintenance was the undisputed highlight of the event, emerging as a critical service for clients in Accounts Payable (AP) departments. Fraud is a growing concern for many organizations, and our tools have proved indispensable for ensuring real-time vendor verification and helping avoid costly errors. Clients praised our Intelligent Vendor Capture and Vendor Portal for their ability to safeguard operations, flagging potential fraud risks before they could impact their bottom line. Our NEW Vendor Setup and Maintenance capability was lauded for simplifying vendor onboarding and offering peace of mind to client organizations by adding several robust layers of security to vendor management.

Tips & Tricks to the DataServ Platform

Another key discussion topic was taking a deep dive into our DataServ platform. We offered clients practical tips and tricks to get the most out of the system for their business operations. The Confluence sessions were interactive, allowing attendees to explore features they may not have been fully utilizing, and provided actionable insights to help them get the most out of their investment in the DataServ solutions. This hands-on approach driven by our Client Success team empowered our clients to navigate the platform more efficiently and solve everyday challenges.

This Year’s Central Theme: Trust

At the heart of Confluence 2024 was a clear and powerful message from clients: trust. Our attendees repeatedly shared how DataServ has earned their trust in ways other providers haven’t. As one client remarked, “You can buy that stuff from other people, but we don’t trust them as much as we trust DataServ.” This sentiment underscores the deep relationship we’ve built with our clients–one that is grounded in reliability, security, and innovation.

We know that trust is not something that happens overnight. At DataServ, we’re committed to earning our clients’ trust year after year. Through continuous product improvements, proactive solutions, and an unwavering dedication to listening to client feedback, we take pride in being a provider clients can count on.

2024 Feedback and Highlights

The feedback from Confluence 2024 attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants appreciated the depth of insights shared and the opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges. The discussions around fraud prevention, vendor setup, and platform optimization sparked meaningful conversations, with clients noting how these sessions equipped them with practical tools and strategies to improve their daily operations.

Some attendees were so impressed with the event that they’ve already begun recommending next year’s Confluence to colleagues and industry peers. The combination of valuable content, personalized interactions, and learning created an environment where clients left feeling more confident in their use of DataServ’s solutions. The event offers a great opportunity to learn and network, reinforcing clients’ trust and satisfaction in DataServ’s ongoing commitment to their success.
